Our high profile publicly traded Real Estate company is hiring for a Manager Valuations to join the corporate office team. You will lead the appraisal and analysis efforts for commercial and mixed-use real estate properties. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of valuation models, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, providing strategic insights to senior management, and effectively managing a team of valuation analysts.\r\n

The duties and responsibilities of the Manger, Valuations include, but are not limited to, the following:\r\nLead the creation, review, and maintenance of all Argus valuation models and IFRS valuation reports, on a quarterly basis or as needed.\r\nCoordinate portfolio valuation activities, analyzing NOI and value variances quarter over quarter, and present findings to the team and senior management.
\r\nCoordinate the receipt and review of update leasing, market and development assumptions as well as any new appraisals and other pertinent information in Argus for each property.\r\nPrepare quarterly valuation, development, and leasing reports as required by the team and management.\r\nGather, review, and summarize available market reports related to the economy, real estate industry, and retail real estate industry on a quarterly basis.\r\n\r\n
