Job Description
The Visa Consulting and Analytics team is looking for a high performance individual to join its Managed Services practice and play a key role in developing and delivering high impact projects Brazil. The potential candidate will proactively engage with Visa Clients, by delivering, implementing and executing projects and solutions on behalf of issuers, acquirers and merchants. This person will develop initiatives to promote sustainable and profitable growth, thereby ensuring that Visa is both, the preferred brand and unique business partner.
The Managed Services Manager will support the design, implementation and execution of VCA’s recommendations for client’s on their behalf. This individual will shape delivery frameworks and methodologies and lead end-to-end implementation of customer lifecycle programs and campaigns, card portfolio solutions, product development/redesign projects, process improvements, and any enablement required to drive payment volume, revenue growth and efficiencies on behalf of our partners across the LAC region.
This role will combine commercial intelligence with Visa’s data assets, proprietary analytical solutions, cutting edge digital platforms, program capabilities, CRM best practices and partnerships to enable engaging interactions, optimized results and product enhancements.
The potential candidate will proactively develop and carry on innovative and value added use cases ensuring a smooth execution across all program stages including design, planning, segmentation, targeting, offering, distribution, reward fulfillment and performance management.
Specific duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Team Management : Manage dedicated teams responsible for development and delivery of multi-functional execution projects for financial institutions (issuers, acquirers and merchants).
Collaboration: Serve as liaison with functional teams ensuring consistency and collaborative working environment throughout Visa’s local, regional and global groups.
Campaign Management and Execution: Define and complete campaign briefs reflecting the objectives and mechanics to execute. Provide guidance, oversight and accountability for campaigns and lifecycle strategies including coordination with internal teams and external partners. Establish timelines of projects and ensure execution meets deadlines. Plan, execute, and measure campaigns, journeys, experiments and conversion tests. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Data Management: manipulate and mine data proficiently through existing tools or programing skills, as well as augment traditional data with complementary sources.
Data Descriptive Analysis: structure information in the most optimal way to accomplish and streamline ETL processes, as well as perform analysis to summarize business, portfolio, client and account level trends. Identify and inform opportunities.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as business administration,
economics, finance, computer science, engineering. Master’s Degree in related
fields a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
•5+ years of relevant experience in financial services industry, payments,
consulting or similar.
•Knowledge in campaign segmentation, results evaluation methodologies and
control groups, lifecycle journeys planning and execution.
•Technological driven mindset, digitally savvy and up to date with latest market
and industry analytical and digital trends.
•Problem solving ability with strategic focus on influencing ROI. Understanding
of card and payment P&L and critical factors driving profitability.
•Experience in planning commercial programs in platforms like Salesforce, SAS,
Adobe, Teradata or similar. A plus if candidate has programing skills in
languages like SQL, SAS, R, Python, Java and in big data environments
•Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
•Passionate, self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle
numerous projects concurrently.

•Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus
