Creative Center, an award winning in-house agency for Charles Schwab, is looking for a MOTION-GRAPHICS EDITOR + VIDEOGRAPHER to join our new in-house video production operation in Austin TX.
The position requires a proven ability in the areas of narrative/conceptual and graphic/aesthetic through motion-graphics animation and video editing. Equal parts MOTION-GRAPHICS ANIMATOR, EDITOR + VIDEOGRAPHER, this talented and collaborative individual will focus on bringing to life and simplifying complicated financial concepts. This individual will work closely with a content strategist, writers, art directors and producers on projects ranging from educational and engaging motion graphics to live action video productions.
The ideal candidate should be able to perform the following duties:
Create superior, original motion graphic designs and animation Be able to source and edit original and found video into engaging stories Manage time effectively in order to meet project milestones Provide final delivery elements on time in various formats Work in a team environment with both the internal agency and our internal Schwab clients in multiple office locations Maintain organization and communication in a team setting Oversee and manage maintenance of editorial suite Manage and archive project files and backups What you have An up-to-date reel demonstrating a variety of work including Video Editing, Motion Graphic Design, Typography and storytellingMinimum of 4 years experience in one of the following settings: Editorial Facility or In-house editorial department, Interactive Ad agency, Production companyBachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Motion-graphics/Visual Effects or equivalent work experienceMinimum 3-5+ years motion-graphics animation, video editing and videography experienceAbility to demonstrate expertise in motion-graphics animation and video editing with expert knowledge of editing programs required Mastery of videography skills and a portfolio to prove it Mastery of the Final Cut Pro, Premier and After EffectsKnowledge of Adobe Animate and Cinema 4D.Solid knowledge of steps required in creative development processStrong design style, including creative design solutions in line with existing brand conceptsUnderstanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory and typography in digital mediaMastery of other Adobe Creative Suite Design Applications, such as Illustrator, a plusUnderstanding of HTML and web browser capabilities a plusExperience in Web design and online marketing a bonus, but not required Options Apply for this jobApplyShareRefer a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
