Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
We’re looking for an exceptional operations leader to oversee inventory management functions throughout TransMedics’ warehouse and distribution network and transform operational efficiency across the Supply Chain Organization.
This management role will be based in Andover, MA, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Integrated Planning and Operations. He or she will be a critical part of the Integrated Planning & Production process through Supply Reviews, determining capacity and optimal inventory levels, identifying and addressing constraints, and fulfilling work orders to execute all production plans at TransMedics.
To execute effectively, this candidate must excel at leading teams, forming collaborative partnerships, clear communication, and organizational discipline. In addition, the Warehouse Manager must be strategic and project-oriented to drive transformational initiatives around Logistics Services, Field Returns, Scanning Enhancements, Workflow/Design Optimization, and WMS implementation.

This position manages the following positions on a daily basis.
Build a best-in-class organization by maximizing the impact of our People, Processes, and Technology Lead Daily Warehouse Operations including receiving, processing, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment Enhance tools and systems to monitor and transact inventory in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) softwareImplement streamlined warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and accuracySupervise and train staff to execute TransMedics proceduresSet performance targets, measure success, and provide clear feedback in performance reviewsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to meet service level needs and prioritize deliverables Evaluate operational output to configure ideal Space & Workflow OptimizationAnalyze data to optimize Resource Productivity & Cost EfficiencyManage a budget for equipment and resource needsPerform other TransMedics tasks and duties as requiredQUALIFICATIONS:
