\nPitchBook seeks a leader to serve as a Manager for the East Coast Customer Success Management team. This Manager will be responsible for leading the team to achieve performance goals, ensure ongoing knowledge development across the team, and drive customer adoption.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
\n\nInspire and lead Customer Success Managers to achieve customer adoption and engagement goals by creating an environment that empowers personal and organizational growth\nIdentify and drive key objectives and results for a team of Customer Success Managers\nHold their team of Customer Success Managers accountable to standard operating procedures\nContinuous innovation in value creation and implementation of PitchBook into each customer’s workflow\nCross collaborate with other departments from Product to Research to provide actionable feedback and help innovate our internal processes\nEncourage their team to collaborate across the global team to discuss and respect diverse perspectives\nParticipate and contribute to Customer Success and Sales Leadership meetings\nAlign with Account Management around cross-sell, up-sell, and focus on new customer onboarding\nGrow the Customer Lifetime Value of our clients\nSupport the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors\nParticipate in various company initiatives and projects as requested\n\n\n
Skills and Qualifications:
\n\nBachelor’s degree required\n4+ years of experience in either account management, customer success, or sales \n2+ years as a team lead or manager \nTeam player who enjoys working as part of a global and close-knit team \nExcellent written and oral communication skills with a keen eye for detail \nRelentless drive to ensure “Customers Are King\"\nProficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily\n\n\n

Compensation
\n\nAnnual base salary: $155,000\nAnnual on target variable commission of fully ramped representative meeting expectations: $20,000\nPitchBook currently has no cap on commission and commission is determined by individual performance\n\n\n
Working Conditions:
\nWe believe our business and our culture are strongest when we work together in person. The current expectation for this role is that you are working in the office 5 days/week. During an initial phone screen, the team will discuss expectations for this specific position.
\nThe job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
