Purpose of Role

In this role you will be responsible for our important strategic partners within BG & Field accounts in Germany. You will foster the relationship and drive the business of Under Armour to new heights. You will lead, manage, empower and coach our BG/Field team. With your strong strategic mindset, you will continue to establish Under Armour as the No. 1 in Training and build the corresponding strategic plans with our main retailers. You will introduce further categories and manage high profitable spaces within these accounts. In addition, you will support and guide the x-functional team to drive our business in Germany within your account base. 

Your Impact Lead the German BG/Field Team. Help the team to flourish, build trust, empower and develop talent. Continue strong partnership and long-term strategy with Intersport Germany. Support building Country Strategy for Germany and execute with the team. Strengthen and deepen relationship to important retailers in Germany including Light House retailers. Use the strong existing partnerships to continue the growth in German and lead UA to the No. 1 in Training Support within the leadership team the growth of the whole region. Create and update strategic account plans with the team and set sales goals; support the team to prepare and hold strategic meetings and lead cross functional alignment. Drive efficiency in the GTM process between the regions to maximize the outcome. Strong analytical mindset - analyze sell through data throughout the season and take responsibility for profitability of responsible accounts. Secure highest service level towards the accounts. Learn and apply new product knowledge to enhance sales and personal professionalism. Practice honesty and integrity in customer and vendor relations. Follow company policies and procedures. Qualifications Master's degree with typically 6 years of relevant experience 1 - 3 years of management experience in leading remote working teams. Strong people orientation Founders Mentality. Highly self-motivated and well organized. Effective communication and persuasion skills. Analytical mind set and used to work with sales data and analysis. Detailed market- and account knowledge of Germany. Fluent in German (C1 or C2). Very good communications skills in English.     Workplace Location Location: Fully remote, working from home in Germany, this individual must reside within Germany  Travel: up to 35% of the year  Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
