Manager, Workforce Management
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Responsible for managing the workforce management function and staff for Murphy USA.  Responsible for the maintenance, development and reporting of the workforce management system.    Responsible for daily maintenance, analyzing data, identifying trends and improvement opportunities and making recommendations for solutions that resolve business issues.   In addition, you will assist with the communication, recognition and engagement of inter-department and field personnel through effective change management to implement changes in business requirements, technologies, service delivery and industry best practices along with performing other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop, monitor, and report on workforce management system - WMF.

2. Identify trends within the retail operations workforce and make recommendations based on findings.

3. System maintenance duties associated with workforce management system.

4. Interact and lend assistance in the regular creation and production of reports which measure and account for business activity in the Field Operations.

5. Identify measures to calculate budget savings based on new labor hour calculations.

6. Manage staff that maintains data and systems.

7. Assist with the management of communication, recognition and engagement of cross functional personnel.

8. Pursue continuous learning consistent with changes in business requirements, technologies, service delivery and industry best practices.

9. Site level labor optimization.

10. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four-year college degree, plus 7 years related experience and/or training, and 2 years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
