Position Overview -
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workforce Planning Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective workforce panning strategies to ensure we have the right people, in the right roes, at the right time. You will work closely with various departments to forecast workforce needs, analyse trends and develop plans to meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities –
Leading change-management within the Workforce Planning Team Partnering with Operations Leads regarding System and Process improvement related to Workforce Management Lead, support and mentor Team members Analyse workforce trends to forecast future staffing needs Monitor and report on workforce metrics, including turnover rates, headcount and productivity Identify and address workforce gaps and develop strategies to mitigate risks Collaborate with department heads and operations leads to understand workforce requirements and develop staffing plans
Skills and experience –
Leading and mentoring a centralized support function Change management, driving system and process improvements within a Workforce Management Function Understanding of Kronos Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as SAP Human capitol management Systems (HCM), such as oracle Power BI or other relative Business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Incorta Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong understanding of Operational and business requirements Strong Analytical skills both from a process and Systems perspective
