ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Manager, Workplace Experience will be responsible for the day-to-day operations in our North American portfolio of offices. The position is a critical component in bringing a proactive, strategic approach to the workplace, supporting Peloton's goals of creating a safe, inclusive, and efficient work environment. The Manager, Workplace Experience will be an essential member of the workplace experience team, curating an inclusive workplace environment that enhances well-being, boosts productivity, and strengthens company culture. This role will ensure that our workplace environment is not only functional but also inspiring, making a positive impact on everyone who interacts with our spaces.

Additionally, the Manager, Workplace Experience will serve as the category lead in the following areas:
Front of House Programs:
Enhance front-of-house experiences for team members and visitors. Develop processes for reception and visitor engagement. Train staff to maintain high service standards. Design and implement programs and initiatives that make the workplace more appealing and encourage employees to come to work, such as wellness programs, social events, and learning opportunities Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency of workplace experience initiativesRemote Team Member Strategy:
Develop and implement strategies to engage remote team members. Collaborate with teams to address remote work needs. Evaluate remote policies for alignment with organizational goals.Workplace Experience Events:
Plan and execute team-building events to enhance company culture. Manage budgets and logistics for successful event execution. Collect feedback to improve future events. Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to create a holistic approach to workplace experience. Provide direction and leadership to a Workplace Experience team Lead and develop a team of Workplace Experience professionals to reach key performance indicators Stay informed about industry trends and innovations in workplace design and employee experience.Food & Beverage Programs:
Design and oversee food and beverage offerings for team members. Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to facility services Create an inclusive workplace experience by handling dietary need requestsWorkplace Experience Communications:
Establish and maintain clear communication channels for team members to provide feedback, report issues, and suggest improvements. Analyze patterns in workplace experience issues and employee feedback to proactively identify and address potential problems before they escalate Assisting in new team member on-boarding programs Collaborate with HR to develop retention strategies that leverage workplace experience as a key factor in employee satisfaction and loyalty Travel may be necessary based on business needYOU BRING TO PELOTON:
Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related experience. Degree may be substituted by 15 years of experience in corporate Workplace Experience management Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate with other leaders and functions, driving fast-paced initiatives by building trust, problem-solving and delivering timely solutions Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on leading team engagement and guest experience. Demonstrated success in managing complex tasks, prioritizing competing initiatives, and delivering results. Expertise in project management, budgeting, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of workplace events and programs. Experience with developing and implementing front-of-house processes and engaging remote team members in alignment with organizational goals. Experience designing food and beverage programs that cater to diverse dietary needs and partner with vendors for sustainable options. Skilled in onboarding new team members and providing leadership to small teams. Enthusiastic, solution-oriented team player who thrives under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Willing to travel as needed to support business needs.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
