Job Description

The Floor Plans Manager:

To design, review, implement and measure the end-to-end operational processes with key focus on asset onboarding, asset valuation, customer payments and asset risk management within Wholesale Finance.To focus on operations relationship management, internally and externally, and providing feedback on dealer conduct.To execute approved Credit Risk Appetite conditions that are align to the strategy and execution of risk management objectives.To ensure effective operation processes are in place.To manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a loan on the SOPRA banking system across all segments.Risk Management to ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance and no losses are incurred.To manage the relationship with our vendors in risk management & SLA’s ie: QuikTrak and Certrack.

Qualifications

Qualification: 

First Degree Business Commerce or related 
Experience Required:
Business & Commercial

Years: 3-4 Years Experience within the Wholesale Finance industry. In-depth knowledge of the Wholesale Finance industry, its value chain and competitor landscape.  Exposure to Africa Regions is an advantage. Experience in the Operations environment with the understanding of risk management in the Wholesale Finance sector.  Experience in dealing with customer complaints and requests. Experience in queue management.  Experience in leading a team/leadership skill.
