Logan Health is seeking a Manager of Patient Scheduling to lead our Centralized Scheduling team. This role is pivotal in shaping our scheduling model, driving performance metrics, and ensuring a seamless patient experience. What You’ll Do: + Lead & Develop Teams: Supervise and mentor a team of schedulers, fostering a professional and high-performance culture. + Enhance Scheduling Efficiency: Optimize centralized scheduling workflows, ensuring smooth integration of new clinics. + Monitor Performance & Quality: Oversee call metrics, customer service expectations, and recorded calls for quality assurance. + Navigate Patient Concerns: Address escalated patient complaints and coordinate resolutions with appropriate departments. + Build Tools & Training: Develop scheduling resources, training materials, and support systems for the team. What You’ll Bring: + Education & Experience: + Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business-related field preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. + Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience required (healthcare leadership preferred). + Strong background in patient scheduling, centralized operations, or related healthcare settings. + Technical & Professional Skills: + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to develop scheduling tools and reports. + Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements. + Ability to navigate patient access challenges and streamline operational processes. + Leadership & Communication: + Exceptional professionalism, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage remote and on-site staff. + Excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement. Shift: Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America) Schedule Details: Please know schedules and shifts are subject to change based on patient care and department/organizational needs. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMWork Type: On-site (with remote flexibility as needed) Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
