Position Summary:Fiduciary Trust International is hiring a Manager – Account Administration (Wealth Management) to join our NYC office located at One Madison Avenue. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule (partially remote).
The Manager - Account Administration is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of account administration services. Working in conjunction with other functional leaders, as well as team members in the various Regional Markets, the Manager oversees the firm’s administrative support function and leads a team of relationship associates and administrative assistants that provide support to client-facing teams and their clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage Delivery of Administrative Support Services:
Oversee team’s delivery of all administrative services, including account opening and closing, cash movement, client presentation preparation, callbacks, account maintenance, document imaging and other aspects of administrative support
Troubleshoot and resolve issues presented in the course of account administration
Collaborate with other functional leaders to review and modernize existing administrative policies and procedures
Create business best practices
Develop a highly efficient and knowledgeable client service team:
Ensure team members have effective training and support to carry out their job functions in a timely and professional manner
Ensure team members understand and meet job expectations
Oversee structure and staffing, account assignments and workloads and allocate resources as needed to support client-facing teams and their clients
Partner with Regional Managing Directors and team leaders in performance management process, new hires and promotions
Risk Management & Compliance:
Ensure the effective and consistent implementation of policies and procedures
Serve on Firm Committees (GERC, Compliance, Unique Assets, etc.)
Oversee administrative review process for accounts other than trust and custody accounts
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree required; CTFA preferred
10+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: wealth management, account administration, operations, and/or trust administration
Experience managing individual team members
Ability to travel to other FTI offices as needed

Along with base compensation, other compensation is offered such as a discretionary bonus, 401k plan, health insurance, and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Franklin Templeton, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation. We expect the base salary for this position to be $120,000 - $160,000.
