We are looking for a dynamic **Manager, Group Absence Management Services Operations** to drive strategic priorities, exceed service and outcome metrics, and foster a culture of excellence and engagement. You will also play a pivotal role in identifying and managing risks to ensure sustainable growth and operational success.
Our **Group Absence Management Services teams,** support our largest employers with the management of their salary continuance absence programs. These programs are aimed at managing non occupational absences with a goal of returning them back to work in a safe and timely way.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ You have 5 to 10 years of experience in absence or disability management leadership.
+ A University degree and/or certification in a relevant field.
+ Deep knowledge of absence and disability products, processes, and best practices.
+ Expertise in coaching, mentoring, and developing talent.

+ You have a proven track record of inspiring teams and fostering a culture of commitment and excellence.

+ Your keen ability to identify and manage risks ensures the stability and growth of operations.

+ You bring excellent knowledge of **Canadian Absence and Disability** management processes and a strong understanding of product offerings within the Group Benefits business.
+ You can translate complex data into actionable strategies with ease.
+ Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.

**Salary range is expected to be between**
$83,250.00 CAD - $149,850.00 CAD
