Key Responsibilities

1. Provides immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees. Assigns tasks and monitors work at frequent intervals. Maintains schedules and workflow of the team, Coordinate with CoEs and HRBPs to ensure Data quality is at 100% accuracy.

2. Serves as liaison to internal stakeholders and maintains service level agreements. Monitors efficiency, utilization, and effectiveness of shared service teams. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

3. Designs and delivers appropriate training, technical support and guidance on specialized HR programs and processes, responding to and resolving increasingly  issues.

4. Responsible as escalation path for employees, managers and HR in HR process supported by the team.

5. Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders, Understand Org. level principles and reporting guidelines and ensure that employee data is aligned with global mandates.

6. Support the HRSS manager with special projects/programs administration by conducting research, partnering with stakeholders, presenting recommendations, and executing plans, Dashboard and KPI monitoring on SLA.

Experience - 10 to 15 Years

7. Objective setting, performance management and the timely completion of reviews in line with company processes and standards for all team members.

8. Ensuring appropriate skill levels within the team to deliver against SLAs.

9. To continually behave as a role model for excellent Customer Service and collaborative attitude in dealings with all internal and external customers.

10. Ensure that personal and professional development is achieved for all members of the team.

11. Build team spirit, motivate and maintain engagement of team members

12. Proactively extend Data Governance support to HRMs and HRBPs to help them in the data quality campaign.

13. Data Audit – Track monthly Data Quality Accuracy and work with HRBPs to improve and sustain.

Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.

Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results will cause delays in schedules.

Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules.
