We are seeking a highly experienced leader who can lead day-to-day activities in software testing lifecycle and oversee a team responsible for developing & executing processes and methodologies on quality assurance across a diverse technological landscape. In this role you need to manage testing capabilities in a new and existing IT landscape while also focusing on emerging technologies to deliver world-class solutions.
The primary focus for this role is to lead a team of specialists focused on testing capabilities in eCommerce business process, testing solution design and configuration standards, and work on cross-functional teams for business outcomes. You will also need to roll up your sleeves to design and build solutions and stay current with industry trends. The ideal candidate will oversee testing across multiple projects, design scalable testing architectures, and build solutions that drive efficiency and innovation to align with the organization’s strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical expertise to ensure seamless integration across a diverse application landscape.
This role will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of solution design in our current enterprise IT landscapes along with testing strategies at the same time to oversee and drive large-scale organizational change initiatives by implementing the latest technologies. This role will also establish and implement functional and configuration standards and methodologies, product roadmaps, solution standards, and frameworks for application reuse. This role requires strong leadership, to lead development teams of 12-15 SMEs, stakeholder management, and technical expertise to ensure seamless integration across diverse application landscapes.

Strategic Leadership:
Support and implement the overall testing strategy aligned with business objectivesSupport defining roadmaps and corresponding financial plans for technological investments to stay current with the technological trendsServe as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing insights into testing capabilities and trendsTeam Leadership and Collaboration:
Build and lead cross-functional teams, including employees, consultants, and third-party vendorsFoster collaboration among IT, business units, and external partners to ensure smooth integration and user adoptionProvide mentorship and training to team members on domain knowledge, configuration standards, and advanced technology solutionsMonitor project progress, manage resources, and ensure alignment with quality standardsFunctional Expertise:
Strong to very strong understanding of eCommerce business process and eCommerce platforms and applicationsKnowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations related to eCommerce applicationsKnowledge of industry best practices for eCommerce testingProficiency in test automation and testing tools Experience with various testing methodologies including functional, non-functional, and performance testingIntegrate AI technologies in Testing solution development to improve quality, faster to market, and reduce costs Collaborate cross-functionally with enterprise, infrastructure, architecture, and cross-functional leaders to achieve resultsDevelop and maintain configuration standards and establish KPIs to measure the design and configuration quality and track post-implementation performanceElevate Testing CoE team members skills and knowledge of the latest technologies and trends using various forums like training sessions and hackathonsContinuously evaluate testing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practicesDocuments and manages SOPs for software and information platform systemsQualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent experienceMinimum 15 years of IT and 12 years of hands-on experience in Testing ecosystem with extensive knowledge in eCommerce applicationsProven record of accomplishment of leading testing capability on multi-tier applications and other major implementation projectsStrong knowledge of advanced technologies in Testing and AutomationExperience in governing development across multiple projects simultaneously to ensure adherence to development standardsEffective program managementAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersStrong stakeholder and people management skillsExpertise in change management and user adoption strategiesTiming – 1:00pm to 10:00pm IST OR 2:30am to 11:30am EST (to cover extended US period).
