Job Description :

Purpose of the role

The role is responsible for leading the controls and compliance initiatives for the Procurement team. The objective of the role is to identify and mitigate gaps in design and operating controls; lead process changes and ensure periodic testing of controls and subsequent management reporting on the same. The role shall also support business in achieving our Society of Progress 2030 targets.
To deliver on this ambition, the role has to build and maintain trust and protect our reputation in maret through enduring internal customer partnerships and exemplary conduct.

The role is also critical to supporting Global Procurement’s vision to “To be the most trusted and respected business partner, fueling growth and value every day, everywhere”, by focusing on exemplary R&G practices and standards which seek to improve trust and respect with business partners, external and internal customers. A significant amount of cross functional working will be required, particularly across Finance, Legal, CARM and Procurement team.

Experience

- 4-5 years of experience in diverse business roles, including relevant experience with auditing and risk assessment
- Experience in Big accounting firms desirable

- Experience in Procurement is desirable

Knowledge & Skills

- Excellent data management skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management with strong partner engagement and influencing skills
- Excellent Presentation skills to management on controls
- Ability to work in a cross functional team at global level
- Able to work independently and prioritize effectively
- Broad understanding for S2P processes

• Has sound understanding of Controls and risk assessment, finance and audit 
• Has relevant Auditing background 
• Likes to work with data and is extremely analytical
• Brings an external focus to work, by being constantly updated on developments and innovations in the external world
