Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Manager 2, Agile Enablement to lead and coach a team of enablement professionals dedicated to supporting One Intuit Accountant Sales. This role will play a crucial part in driving the success of our sales organization by ensuring our sales professionals have the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to effectively sell our products and services to accounting professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile methodologies, a passion for enablement, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. What you'll bring + 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, or a related field. + 2+ years of experience leading and managing a team. + Proven experience in designing and delivering effective enablement programs. + Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design. + Experience with agile methodologies and their application in a sales environment. + Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. + Proficiency in Salesforce and other relevant sales enablement tools. + Bachelor's degree in a related field. + Experience working with accounting professionals or in the accounting software industry is a plus. How you will lead + Lead and develop a team of enablement professionals: Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management to foster a culture of growth and excellence. + Design and deliver impactful enablement programs: Develop and execute innovative learning experiences, including onboarding, product training, sales methodology, and skills development, leveraging a variety of modalities (e.g., in-person workshops, virtual training, eLearning, microlearning). + Collaborate with key stakeholders: Partner closely with sales leadership, product management, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to identify needs and ensure alignment with business objectives. + Drive adoption of enablement programs and tools: Implement strategies to encourage engagement and measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives. + Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously research and evaluate new enablement technologies, trends, and best practices to optimize the team's impact. + Champion agile principles: Embed agile methodologies within the enablement team's work and promote agile ways of working across the sales organization. + Analyze data and measure impact: Track key metrics, analyze data to identify trends and insights, and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs to demonstrate ROI. + Contribute to the overall enablement strategy: Participate in the development and execution of the broader One Intuit Accountant Sales Enablement strategy. Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $127,500 - $173,000, Colorado $111,000 - $150,000, Bay Area California $128,500 - 174,000, Southern California $119,000 - 161,000, Washington $116,500 - $157,500, Washington D.C. $111,000 - $150,000. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
