Job Summary: The Manager 2-Clinic directs, manages, and monitors all operations of the clinic, including patient care, problem and complaint resolution, staffing, and continuous quality improvement. Interfaces with physicians, employees and patients, maintaining positive relationships. Performs other duties as needed.
Education and Experience: Associate's Degree in Business, Healthcare, Management or related discipline or equivalent experience required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum five years of clinical/medical group management/supervisory experience required. Experience may be considered in lieu of Degree.
