Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Trust and Safety - English

Responsibilities

Plan and implement projects from client side and Genpact (internal)​

Development, management, and governance ​

Create project plan, communication plan.​

Define project scope, goals and deliverables.​

Report and document progress, risk and success ​

Present reports to stakeholders on progress as well as problems and solutions ​

Perform project impact analysis.​

Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.​

WBR/MBR - Create and present Change Delivery slides as needed. ​

Efficiency Callouts - Coordinate with Ops Team, check and analyze data and share it with Client.​

Respond to all client requests and Genpact leadership teams on any issue which can cause Operational hindrance.​

Manage Transitions end to end.​

Client visit - Coordinate and manage client visits from an access standpoint and presentation about changing delivery.​

POC for Partner Project Management Team - Manage GRT, OG and policy changes from client projects team. ​

Track all rollouts. ​

Calculate impact of rollouts on efficiency effectiveness metrics​

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth rollout of projects.​

Track and Monitor Real Site Overall performance to share the call outs to clients.​

Process Map creation​

Help with WFM and reporting functions as and when needed.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

Strong Sense of Ownership ​

Self-motivated and execution oriented​

Ability to work on Multiple Tasks and should be flexible. ​

Team worker and should have people/peer management experience.​

Preferred Qualifications

Customer Management exposure and good presentation skills is a must.​

LEAN/Six Sigma – Trained, Tested and Certified(preferred), and preferably knowledge on Project Management​

Leading calls with Clients/ other business functions Independently​

High MS-Office skill (Advance Excel) – preferred​

Strong interpersonal Management skill​.

Ability to handle pressure - Timelines and Customer Demands​

Ability to collaborate effectively with Cross Functional Teams​
