You will be responsible in Retaining and growing Aon’s business, cultivating relationships with senior-most client decision-makers in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client contacts. What the day will look like To support the team in achieving its annual budget: To assist the team carry out new project initiatives: To manage existing accounts per Aon Broker Service Guide and maintain long term relationship with clients. To develop the existing accounts and work out to expand the current lines of business. To establish good relationship with approved markets and manage placements, negotiations, discussions with insurers and ensure smooth claims processing. To maintain good working relationship with the team and the rest of the Aon groups—Claims, OPS, Finance, HR. To ensure compliance to internal deliverables and requirements to be 100% compliant to all Aon internal procedures (i.e. TRS, Broker Service Guide, Aon Client Promise, eGlobal, Aon Connect, etc.). To manage coordination with Aon Broking Centre and other Aon regional offices for international markets, specialty lines, and other services that would address clients’ needs (when required) To adhere to all CRS deliverables including projecting growth in the assigned account portfolio, assist the BD group in potential class 3 accounts including participation in special projects and other broking activities to be assigned from time to time.
