The Senior OampM Project Manager provides general oversight for the planning coordinating and managing of all building operational and maintenance programs in the Department of Residential Facilities The incumbent is responsible for managing assigned site development projects annual assessments of the residence hall ground and planning site improvement projectsinitiatives in coordination with the Department of Facilities Management As part of the leadership team this position ensures that OampM projects are completed according to established design schedule and budgetary requirements The Associate Director of Facilities Maintenance supervises the Senior OampM Projects Manager of Facilities Maintenance
