We believe that inclusion helps us thrive and grow at United across our collaborative Finance teams consisting of Financial Planning Analysis, Internal Audit, Treasury, Global Procurement, Controllership, Investor Relations and more. These teams provide the financial fuel that keeps our operation running from providing detailed analyses of financial planning, performance, and forecasts to managing our investments and financial strategies. Our Finance team plays an integral role in making our airline profitable and successful by meeting our financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manages a team of analysts responsible for the process and execution of staffing requirements for a segment of airports located both domestic and internationally using various planning tools and techniques to deliver appropriate staffing levels across the enterprise. Leader will compile and review long range forecast for labor requirements monthly and prepare annual labor budget in partnership with Finance counterparts.

Manages team in process and execution of long-term and short-term staffing strategies, models and forecast for airport operations direct labor and Management resourcesMonthly close and forecast, variance analysis, FTE variance versus flight stat changesPrepares long range forecasting and financial close statements for labor requirements across Airport OperationsLeads shift and vacation bid strategy and execution for hubs and line stationsManages investments and initiatives for labor requirements in preparation for budget and schedule period cyclesReview of labor financial reports that align with the division budget roll up
