Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Life Science Consulting Manager to join our team in Japan. In this role, you will lead strategic projects for clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare industries, driving innovative solutions to address complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring delivery of high-quality consulting services.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the life science sector.

Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to support clients' business objectives.

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, preferably in the life science or healthcare industry.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Fluent in Japanese and English, with excellent presentation skills.
