About the role
Welcome to Controllership- Group reporting – an exciting team at the heart of Boots UK’s statutory reporting landscape. This team not only manages both US GAAP reporting and IFRS reporting responsibilities but is also involved in mission critical projects like SAP implementation and reporting acceleration. It is the centre of all things Controllership.
Yo will manage some key areas within the Group Reporting function like intercompany relationships, balance sheet reconciliations and journal posting. Reporting into Senior Manager - Group reporting , you will lead a remote team of six overseas colleagues. Some key deliverable of this role, among others, are :-
Manage all intercompany relationships and complete intercompany reporting within tight deadlinesTake lead in resolving any intercompany issuesLead the Balance sheet reconciliation process – end to endEnsure SOX compliance associated with Journal and Balance sheet reconciliationLiaison with HR/Payroll on all payroll related itemsDeliver statutory audit of multiple Boots entitiesMentor Genpact teamWhat you’ll need to have
