Boots Care Services has been supporting the care sector for over 30 years, and as our customers needs are changing, so are we. We are focusing on really understanding our customers’ needs to further evolve our Care Services customer offer, to retain and grow our profitable items.

We have an exciting permanent opportunity within the Care Services team, as a Relationship Manager (Level 6) to help drive a more efficient, reliable and sustainable Care Services Business. This is a full-time, Nottingham based role.

 

Working full-time alongside our Care Services Business Managers, this new role will support in tracking both customer and competitor insights, to support future retention and transformation.

 

The role will be at the heart of the Care Services team reporting into the National Accounts Managers and working closely with internal key stakeholders, across the Healthcare Business Unit and Store Leadership teams.

 

This role will be accountable for the following on a day-to-day basis:

Retaining profitable items through our Care Services customer offer.

Tracking and monitoring competitor insights to further develop the Care Services Customer Offer

Reviewing customer complaints/issues/reason for loss to create targeted plan for internal stakeholder engagement and future sales opportunities.

Building strong internal relationships with Store Leaders and Care Service Customer Partners, to ensure that agreed service levels are delivered from store.

Building strong relationships with local social care stakeholders within a specified geography – including Care Home managers, senior leaders of Regional Chains and other Healthcare/Social Care partners. 

Supporting to deliver key transformational projects and business initiatives/activity (i.e. exhibitions).

 

What you’ll need to have

A good understanding of care services dispensing operations and care home practices is advantageous.

Ability to build relationships, engage and influence others both internally and externally, at all levels.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong negotiation and commercial skills.

Strong IT skills.
