· Developing and implementing quality management strategies and initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements
· Leading the development and maintenance of quality assurance procedures, standards, and specifications
· Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and address non-conformities
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality and process efficiency
· Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and report on the effectiveness of quality management systems
· Providing leadership and guidance to the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of quality and accountability
· Participating in supplier quality assessments and working closely with vendors to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain
· Implementing risk assessment and mitigation strategies to prevent quality issues and drive proactive quality management
· Overseeing the investigation and resolution of customer complaints and quality-related issues
· Keeping abreast of industry best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory updates to drive continuous improvement in quality processes
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
· Master's degree in Quality Management or a relevant discipline (preferred)
