A career within Corporate and Business Strategy services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients solve their toughest problems and seize essential advantages by defining and evaluating strategies of all types. We analyse business and market trends to explore new approaches that help our clients make tough choices and surpass the competition. At both the business unit and corporate level, we help organisations with organic enterprise growth, pricing and profitability, shareholder value, and sustainable corporate strategies.Managers, typically come with 5-7 yrs of experience having demonstrated extensive knowledge of
and/or success in professional services or corporate roles, helping companies define and evaluate
corporate and business unit strategies and investment portfolios, reflecting market, competitive and
other external drivers. Specific areas of focus and expertise include Corporate Strategy, Business
Strategy, Deals Strategy, Digital Strategy, Market entry, Go-to-Market and transformation projects.

As a manager, you would need to demonstrate project leadership, strategic and creative thinking,
problem solving, individual initiative. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this
management level include but are not limited to:
• Highly evolved problem structuring, solving skills (which includes both a quantitative and a
qualitative orientation); strong analytical thinking, ability to leverage and apply problem
solving frameworks across a variety of industries, problem and situations

• Managing a team to a successful project conclusion through problem solving global,
enterprise-wide strategy issues;
• Identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client

• Conducting and managing market research and quantitative and qualitative analyses,

What you’ll bring (Experience & Qualifications)
• An advanced degree such as MBA or PhD or masters in science, engineering from top tier
universities;
• At least 5-7 years relevant industry or functional work experience showing strong career
progression and (academic) achievement with minimum 3 yrs. experience in leading teams
and work streams in top tier consulting firms
• Practical experience in one or more of the following:
o Strategy or strategic planning; Project leadership
o Organizational restructuring/transformation
o Business development, marketing, or sales
o Digital Strategy & transformations
• Ability to adapt and work across multiple sectors, problem areas, demonstrating superior
business acumen, ability to manage teams in consulting
