Project Manager Urban

PricewaterhouseCoopers India is looking to hire a Project Manager (with 10-12 years of
work experience) for their Cities Advisory practice based out of Pune.

Responsibilities:
1. Take charge of client projects and deliver significant results by collaborating with
different teams and stakeholders.
2. Manage large and crucial projects for the organization.
3. Identify and pursue business opportunities on urban development and management.
Requirements:
1. More than 10 years of relevant experience in consulting/project management.
2. Experience of preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for central government /
state government / ULB/PSU.
3. Experience of working on sustainable or ESG initiatives.
4. Must have developed project monitoring dashboards and portals for government
departments.
5. Must have prepared policies, strategies, rules, regulations, and schemes for ULB or
state/central Govt. departments.
6. Willingness to work at different locations across India.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with
diverse stakeholders and facilitate conferences, high-level meetings, workshops and
presentations.
8. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, manage
teams, thrive and inspire in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications: Post Graduation in project management / business administration
/ technology or master’s degree in relevant field.
