Strategies and implement CSR programs with measurable outcomes within the approved agenda/verticals considering delivery of value to beneficiaries in communities/geographies of influence. Prepare and maintain annual CSR budget for the location. Conduct project planning, screening, and budgeting for various sectors. Identify suitable projects at the location and manage them from inception to completion. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government and NGOs. Converge with government and stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration. Monitor spending with KPI deliverables and tracking.  Manage purchase procurement for CSR projects. Handle program budget vs actuals, MIS, and track project deliverables. Coordinate and implement employee volunteer activities for CSR projects. Oversee grant proposals, utilization certificates, and reallocation received by NGOs. Monitor CSR projects including need assessment, baseline, mid-term assessment, and impact assessment reports. Bachelor/Master's in social work. 10+ years of work experience in CSR programs.
