We are inviting applications for the role of a Manager, Record to Report
Responsibilities
• International/US entities Revenue Journals
• Prepare monthly VAT summaries, and tax reports for UK and EU regions
• Liaise with external tax advisor on the VAT/GST reporting timelines and ensure compliance guidelines.
• Prepare and analyzes the prepaid Schedules and amortization Journal Entries
• Review Performing Month End Close activities
• Bank Reconciliations and Cash Journals
• Accounts Payable – propose and execute bi-monthly payments run
• Ad-hoc payment processing off cycle payments of tax VAT/GST, as well as payroll cycles
• Analyze and prepare allocation journals
• Preparation of General Ledger Reconciliations for International/US entities.
• Identifying balancing items and its clearance
• Internal and External Audit
• SOX Compliance and adherence to internal control.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Thorough understanding of UK VAT taxation
• Relevant years of experience in Accounting/Finance.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• MS Excel Knowledge
