About the role
Support with the relaunch of the Boots Health Hub, and the landing of a new content management system for Boots. You will ensure that all existing content is reviewed, using own knowledge of digital content best practices. You will then be active in the actual transition of content into the new CMS system, and will ensure assets and content are reviewed and green-lit to meet customer needs.
What you’ll need to have
Using the Content Management System (CMS) to check and upload new content
Supporting with delivering good quality content for the Health Hub with feedback and approval and checking
Reviewing existing content on Boots Health Hub and reformatting for the new CMS system
Collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders in order to deliver one vision
Work closely with the wider team to review performance revenue and sessions, consistently reviewing to further optimize and make improvements and be responsible towards hitting our KPIs
Key link up between Health Hub team and SEO team to drive the best possible traffic and engagement on our channel.
Advise on new processes to improve editorial workflow
It would be great if you also have
Experience of, and passion for best-in-class digital content. Plus, a genuine interest and ideally experience of healthcare or wellness content development.
Digital experience working in an e-commerce role or able to demonstrate an active interest in e-commerce
Understand that detail and accuracy is vital and be able to contribute and be comfortable with future thinking.
Knowledge of CMS, and specifically, Amplience is desirable
Ability to plan, organise and prioritise
Confidence in engaging with others and working across different teams, collaborating and holding others to account
Experience with copywriting is desirable
