About the Role
1, Support and deliver on IT finance management / IT budget activities, reporting.2, Ongoing review of finance status of TDA and prepare financial documents and reports.
3, Support IT Management to delivery cost efficiency programs.
一、IT Finance Report and Control
•Implement effective budgeting principles and processes and support budget planning, preparation, monitoring and reporting.
•Coordinate with business users, and other parties on budget and billing matters.
•Support and manage financial documents and dashboard reporting.
•Budget enforcement to keep track of the expenses.
•Analyze financial information (e.g. inter-company charges, expenditures and depreciation) to ensure all operations are within budget.
•Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results
•Coordinate with outsources partners / vendors to manage the service provider’s budgeting, accounting and charging requirements
•Communicate IT financial-related information to all stakeholders
•Provide support to Group Finance and Local Finance on accounting process to ensure proper handling of accounting / technology spending activities and according to related policies, guidelines and standards
•Supporting TDA financial, resources and cost efficiency analysis
•Run and support key Finance processes required for BAU activities (e.g. ROA, Ariba Purchase Orders).
二、Miscellaneous Tasks
•Review and update policies, guidelines and other documents for the IT Finance area.
•Ad hoc Financial analysis from GO, Local Finance, senior management.
•Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.
