Strategic Planning Focus:

Liaison with related function and prepare data for company’s 3-year strategic plan (preliminary & final), financial related reports.   Ensure required changes in guidance are implemented. Ensure all forecast and plan numbers are submitted to Regional and internal local/regional as well as external actuarial stakeholders with accuracy and in timely manner. Providing quick and accurate analysis to support business acquisitions (M&A) and Finance appraisals of strategic targets across all sales channels.

Financial Planning and Controlling Focus:

Provide financial information to management and sales teams that highlights the Company's performance and achieve their respective targets. Prepare monthly Financial Performance Tracking (including sales, profitability and other KPIs) in variance analysis (actual vs. plan), rolling forecast and make recommendations to keep performance on track as appropriate. Developing, analyzing and generating periodic management and company performance reports on monthly/quarterly basis to support regional office and facilitate management decision making requirements. Support management team for ad-hoc analysis and projects.

Must Have

Bachelor’s in Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Accounting or other related fields At least 5 years of experience in Actuarial, Finance and Accounting or other related fields in Risk management and assessment skills insurance Experience using tools for reporting or interpreting data such as Excel, Power BI and SQL

Nice to Have

Have a Strategic Planning and Financial Controlling, Budgeting, Analytical and modeling skill Experience in data collection, manipulation, and integration Knowledge of Business Intelligence or data visualization techniques and tools Strong business acumen, good communicator (Thai and English) Strong interpersonal and cooperate with all levels including management.
