Essential Functions of the position are detailed below and include any physical requirements below that. 1.Responsible for the overall and daily operations of Treasury Services for Catholic 2.Responsible for coaching, supervising, training, and professional development development of staff. 3.Responsible for assigning work to staff and ensuring the work is performed in an efficient, prompt, professional and accurate manner and provides guidance, when necessary. 4.Handles all complaints as well as crisis situations in consultation with his/her supervisory chain, in compliance with Agency/ Programmatic policies and procedures and treats each case with sensitivity and expedience. 5.Responsible for the management of the Corporate Credit Card Program and the daily cash management of all online bank transactions and daily cash worksheets, this includes but is not limited to: monitoring the Agency's working capital, annuity disbursements and bank account investments. 6.Responsible for analyzing financial data and making cash flow projections and communicating findings to the VP of Accounting. 7.Drives implementation and utilization of data resources, including maximizing lockbox functionality for automation and incorporation of automation of bank reconciliation process and improvement of efficiencies for payments and cash receipts process. 8.Ownership of all cash management entity wide. 9.Researches and resolves discrepancies to accounts and makes the necessary adjustments. 10.Works collaboratively with other departments and external partners to resolve any financial issues. 11.Maintains positive relationships with bank representatives and external auditors. 12.Assists the Development Department with the maintenance of credit card bank equipment for fundraising events. PLEASE NOTE: Essential functions include all other duties and responsibilities as assigned. X Kneel and move from sitting, bending, kneeling or standing multiple times a day. X Push and pull objects up to 25 pounds. Climb up and down up to 3 flights of stairs at a time. X Lift up to 25 pounds.
