The Activation Manager is responsible for managing the execution of client event-specific sponsorships, activations and special projects.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Act as the primary liaison between key partner and Audacy to facilitate execution of sponsorship agreement
Oversee and project manage the execution of top-tier partner’s deliverables, including all integrated media components such as spot & promo production, digital & social creative, and custom event activation space renderings & footprintsProvide exceptional client service Create sponsor trackers, timelines and other important sales collateral materials that showcase a full understanding of client Activation objectives and strategic priorities throughout the partnershipEnsure a full understanding of client Activation objectives and strategic prioritiesProvide support to the Senior VP and Directors including the creation and maintenance of timelines, event trackers, spreadsheets, and client contacts Manage and track costs/expenses associated with each assigned account. When necessary, build and maintain budgets for all special eventsProcess invoices, check requests, and purchase orders as necessaryWork closely with and maintain strong relationships with the Audacy event production and event strategy teams Produce recaps and newsletters for sponsorship clientsAll other duties as assigned and administrative duties as needed Qualifications
