Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the North America actuarial pricing team at Chubb Business Services India Key responsibilities include: individual case pricing for property insurance business by Westchester, the E&S specialty product group within Chubb managing senior resources in team and ensuring appropriate management structure and processes are in place for all team members Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to understand expectations; identify and prioritize deliverables, milestones, and timelines ensuring alignment with business objectives Actively contribute to the actuarial transformation Mentoring the team to enhance their expertise in actuarial pricing, products, rate filing etc.

Eligibility:

Qualified or Near-qualified actuary with specialization in property & casualty insurance  Expertise in US P&C insurance market is highly desirable 5 to 10 years of relevant actuarial work experience in property & casualty insurance Excellent oral and written communication skills Effective interpersonal and team management skills
