What you will do Independently manage & supervise travel vendor partners, both internal & external -  operations management ,conduct reviews and address escalations. To handle travel & accommodation tool independently. Independently manage & supervise cafeteria vendor partners, operations management, conduct reviews and address escalations. To engage & liaison with external stakeholders including government departments. Independently manage & supervise Company leasing cars via vendor partner, creche facility - operations management, conduct reviews and address optimization. Maintains accounts payable and accounts receivable records of vendor partners in scope. Resolve vendor issues regarding shipments, billing, and statements, receives and audits invoices for accuracy and compliance and ensures prompt payment of departmental bills. Handle event planning end to end covering F&B for meetings, conferences, gifting, etc. Performs other related duties as needed.
