Adhere to processes and meet or exceed key performance indicators for installationsContinually refine installation processes and ensure modification of process flows is submitted through proper channels and documentedIdentify ILEC, vendor, or internal issues and work to achieve resolutionIdentify new requirements, impairments, or design flaws to Network Architecture/EngineeringMonitor department’s ability to perform required tasks through changes such as new markets, systems, responsibilities, or designsMust be able to perform all duties of a Service Activations Engineer as follows:Test and acceptance of customer circuitsDrive field installations by coordinating installation techs, ILEC resources, and customer vendors to achieve successful implementation of servicesPerform moves, adds, changes, and disconnects for the existing customer baseProvision network elements for installations and MACDsEscalate troubles to vendors/service providers when appropriateOversee development and delivery of trainingMaintain a single knowledge baseOversee development of processes and systems enhancements for new product rolloutsProvide upskill training to Support orgIncrease install capacity through efficiency and tool improvements
