Responsible for the development of agent networks. Responsible for building a working system for stimulating agents. Responsible for increasing the number of agents, increasing premium income from agency business. Responsible for the development of the training process of agent networks. Controls data on the agency business. Controls the categorization and hierarchical levels of agents. Participates in the definition and controls the implementation of the plans for the agency business of the Regional Managers "Agent Networks".
What you bring
Higher education. Professional experience in a similar role. Computer literacy. Fluency in English. Specific requirements: Knowledge in the field of insurance, pension provision, as well as the relevant legal regulations.
