We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead a new data standardization initiative. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in metadata harmonization development.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee implementation and execution of project objectives, including the management of timelines, deliverables, and results.
+ Provide expert review and guidance on metadata used to capture study data points, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and partners to enhance project outcomes.
**Qualifications**
**Qualifications** :
+ Proven experience in project management within the clinical research and data management sector- 8+ plus years preferred
+ Strong background in metadata development and harmonization- NIH experience a plus
+ Experience with managing projects in the federal domain, developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring the quality of deliverables, managing communications, and creating guidance documents and tutorials for biomedical researchers.
+ Record of leading and managing relationships with scientific and/or administrative teams from diverse sectors of biomedical science with a desire to provide service excellence.
+ Able to diplomatically facilitate discussions involving diverse interests, leading groups to consensus.
+ Strong analytical, critical-thinking abilities to proactively identify potential problems and work with teams to fill identified gaps.
+ Experience with working on a variety of projects or workstreams concurrently and working and leading cross-disciplinary teams towards common solutions or goals.
+ Very strong interpersonal skills required with excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to be self-directed, ability to anticipate project needs, take initiative, and follow through on assignments and work well in a cross-functional and interdisciplinary team
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
+ Meticulous organization (e.g. document and information management skills)
+ Ability to collaborate and work with team members of all levels with utmost professionalism
+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is preferred.
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credential is desirable.
**Additional information**
**Pay Range** : USD $108,000 - $161,000
The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
