Department: Airside Operations Position: Manager Airside Location: LHE - Airport Number Of Openings: 1 Description: Close coordination with Manager Terminal for timely dispatch of flights.
Close monitoring of delay in flights departures and implementing remedial measures.
Cleaning of all aircraft during turn around and internal / external deep cleaning is done as
specified in GOM.
Timely arrangement of aircraft parking place in coordination with CAA.
Proper management of shifts, detailing, monthly roster and leave record.
Safe operation and deployment of GHE and personnel on aircraft.
Maintenance of discipline of ramp personnel deployed at ramp and airport premises.
Conducting regular training / refresher courses for all ramp personnel.
Monitoring fulfillment of administrative needs of all ramp personnel.
Coordination with CAA and ASF for execution of routine duties
Upkeep of all Ground Handling Equipment and area of TGS/Ramp.
All scheduled / preventive maintenance of GHE is done as per their manuals.
Coordination with repair vendors (local/abroad) for effective support to maintain 100%
serviceability of GHE.
Liaison with GHE repair / servicing agencies for timely maintenance of GHE.
Hiring of GHE as replacement of deficient/ unserviceable GHE.
Preparation, renewal and record of driving permits and apron passes for all GHE, personnel
and vendors.
Regular check of aircraft turn around, internal and external cleaning.
Keeping record and follow up of Airside Discrepancy Report (ADR).
Feedback to GMAS/SMAS on FSR, Hazard Reports etc.
Any additional duties assigned by GMAS/SMAS.   Position Qualification Requirements include: Highest educational degree awarded: Bachelors Degree Work Experience in Similar Position: 6-9 years Required Skills: - At least 10 years experience in Ramp operations (ground handling of aircraft) with airlines/ground handling agencies/aviation services.
- Knowledge about operations and maintenance of aircraft GSE (ground support equipment) will be a preferred
- Working as Assistant Manager /Managerial level in Aviation industry/Ground Handling
Agency.
- Must possess good communication, computer skills and apron safety awar
- MS Office Skill
