Unlock your potential! **Job Summary and Qualifications** The Manager, Analytics is responsible for monitoring and optimizing operations; interpret, design and develop appropriate analyses to research complex problems; design, develop, and implement reports for use by executive management. Manages a staff of Business/Operational Analysts. Designs and develops analyses to solve complex operational, financial and/or accounting problems. Assists with developing and maintaining reporting tools necessary to support Parallon operations, including the development of tools to effectively measure financial and operational performance. The Manager will work closely with executive management to research, analyze, and explain operational trends and results. In this role you will: + Leads and develops a team of analysts to effectively handle the many analytical needs of Parallon CSO. + Develops and produces month-end and ad-hoc reports for internal and external use. + Work in conjunction with Operations Management and Process Innovation staff to continually assess the efficiency of Operations work flows, practices, processes, procedures and/or systems + Promotes efficiency and repeatability of reporting and analytical tasks, including documentation and automation as appropriate. + Communicates regularly with operational executives to ensure smooth data collection and reporting processes. + Builds a strong understanding of Parallon revenue cycle operations, including business processes, tools, and technologies. + Strong attention to detail is needed in order to ensure the accuracy of the data being reported. + Minimal travel may be required. Qualifications: + 5+ years of relevant work experience to include coding SQL queries and developing analytics solutions using Tableau, Micro strategy Visual Insight, Power BI and/or Qlik is required. + Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle business processes preferred + Prior experience working with databases/SQL and the ability to analyze data & identify trends + Excellent oral and written communication skills in in individual and group setting + Degree preferred, preferably in related discipline (e.g.., Industrial Engineering, Managerial Accounting) with a business emphasis. Equivalent work experience may substitute education requirements if individual has served as a Staffing leader / Management Engineer in a prior role. + Lean/Six Sigma certifications are a plus **Parallon** provides full-service revenue cycle management, or total patient account resolution, for HCA Healthcare.
