Organization: In the context of the evolution of the Iberia marketplace, this role has the goal to support the Marketplace Development team in Iberia to create and execute the strategic plans/priorities to accelerate top & bottom line as well as MS growth, detecting the most important opportunities and pockets of growth in the local marketplace per category, generation, division, channel and so forth. Ensure consumer obsession is at the core of all decisions through business insights and market intelligence and ensure Iberia data consolidation. All this while respecting the strategy of the adidas brand and embodying company values.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse and report MS Consumer panel, POS panel, sell-out and SoS for Iberia, also leveraging EU fast facts and all the tools at disposal. Gather market insights from sales and business analysts to ensure market alignment and identify business opportunities. Lead a team and guide their development through coaching, goal-setting, and performance management. Coordinate business analysis reports outcome to ensure marketplace overview via weekly catch ups. Support strategic and sales planning as well as internal platforms (e.g Team Huddles): Insights sharing, tracking and scorecard update. Conduct adhoc deep dive analysis with the aim of sizing new business opportunities / size of the prize Share latest industry news & macroeconomics update Detect new consumer trends, organize external consumer studies & groups and identify potential business opportunities for sustainable growth or market share development and highlight any risks that need to be mitigated. Deliver state of the art data crunching, formalized the best way possible

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Able to synthesize and capture the key messages Highly skilled in translating business questions into analytical models Independent, logical thinker with high level of attention to details People management skills, previous experience leading a team is a plus. High degree of commercial and business acumen, knowledge of digital ecosystem is a plus Consumer centricity & survey management Excel and PowerPoint advanced user. From data crunching to data visualization with the knowledge of tools such as: MicroStrategy, PowerBI, Python, ThinkCell. Analytics & technical capabilities (SQL query, knowledge on data modelling / architecture), able to connect all data sources we have is a plus (Languages: Python & SQL, &Tools: IDE(Spyder, Jupyter, Anaconda), Databricks, PowerQuery & DataFlow) Able to easily form productive and respectful business relationships across diverse countries, cultures and functions. Strong interpersonal skills (communication, influencing, stakeholder management) Sports Industry knowledge to ensure macro, competitor, customer and consumer trends provided are relevant and useful. Project management experience will be a plus. Fluency in written and spoken English essential.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate in Marketing, Sales or related fields Minimum 4 years experience in business development, sales development, business insights & reporting or related departments Consumer centricity experience is a must (survey management, panels understanding) Broad strategic, commercial and operational experience
