Manager /Assistant Manager, Learning and Development, HK

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for designing, implementing, managing comprehensive learning and development (L&D) programs & lead the competence development committee to support the strategic business goals of KONE Hong Kong. Would extend the L&D support to the Great Bay Area (GBA) of China and/or Taiwan if needed.Set clear competency priorities based on local business needs and global directions; explore and identify needs for learning and development programs with our business units and functionsContribute to the business agenda with L&D expertise, challenge and conclude L&D deliveries that improve business results according to 70-20-10 modelCommunicate continuously L&D value, services and operating model to all relevant stakeholdersCollaborate with functional and operational managers and P&C to develop and implement training plans that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the KONE’s overall training strategyAdvise appropriate programs according to our internal training offerings or source external training sessions to meet the identified training needsEvaluate effectiveness of learning/ training sessions & trainers, suggest and implement improvement actionsDevelop local trainer capabilitiesEnsure learning/ training materials and records according to internal specification and updated in our learning systemProvide guidelines/ teach our trainers & managers on extracting learning records for monitoring completion of learning programs and identifying participants.  Provide ad-hoc training reports if neededPromote self-directed continuous learning culture and variety of different learning tools Provide induction and training on new course materials through the selection of appropriate training aidsAdminister all tasks related to L&D.

Qualifications:

Must be either a Hong Kong permanent resident or a citizen of mainland ChinaBachelor’s degree in human resources management or related disciplines 6-8 years of relevant experienceGood command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must.Strong interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated, proactive & detail-mindedProficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Chinese word processingKnowledge of field and technical training is an advantage

Compensation and Benefits:

16-day or more Annual Leave, 18-day Company Holidays, Birthday Leave, Discretionary Bonus, Company Activities, and all benefits in accordance with Hong Kong employment regulations.Medical insurance for inpatient and outpatient Services, with free insurance for one dependent (i.e., spouse or unmarried child).

Notes:
