職務要約:

Annual BCプロセスの一環であるExperience Studyの遂行定期的な死亡率、罹病率、解約率、継続率などのモニタリングおよびその分析資料の作成新商品開発のためのデータ分析およびAssumption設定の補佐当社の顧客の継続率やバリュー、満足度を上げるための施策の策定に必要なデータ分析および提案

職務詳細:

定期的に開催される社内委員会で報告する死亡率、罹病率、解約率、継続率などのモニタリングおよびその分析資料の作成モニタリング結果を踏まえ、Annual Basis Changeプロセスの一環としてExperience Studyを行い、IFRSベースのPricingおよびValuation Assumption(死亡率・ 罹患率・解約率など)を作成商品部や商品数理部と協力し、新商品開発をデータ分析などで補佐In-force Management部や営業などと協力し、当社の顧客の継続率やバリュー、満足度を上げるための施策を策定するために必要なデータ分析および提案FSAおよび生命保険協会等への経験率関連のレポート業務経験分析上必要となるデータフローの構築、保守、改善および移行業務

スキルと経験 (必須):

高度な数理的分析能力コミュニケーション能力問題解決能力コーチング能力チームプレーヤーMicrosoft Excel(アドバンスレベル)アクチュアリー試験合格実績保険会社における数理関連業務経験

スキルと経験 (有れば尚可):

日本語による業務遂行能力ビジネスレベルの英語力データ分析toolの使用経験プログラミングスキルPowerBIの使用経験

社外勤務についての部内ガイドライン:

ハイブリッド勤務になります。社外勤務は当社のガイドラインに従ってチームで決定いたします。

残業について:

月0~40時間

給与:

経験、能力を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇します。

通勤交通費支給(当社規定による)

変動賞与年1回(個人、会社業績に応じて支給)

勤務時間:

原則 9:00~17:00(実働7時間)

The Opportunity

Role Summary:

Conduct Experience Study as a part of Annual Basis ChangeCreate and analyze experience monitoring for mortality, morbidity, lapse etc.Support new product development from data analysis and assumption settingAnalyze data and make proposals to improve persistency, value and satisfaction of our customers

Job Description:

Create and analyze experience monitoring for mortality, morbidity, lapse etc which are reported in internal Committee periodically held.Construct IFRS basis Pricing and Valuation Assumptions for mortality, morbidity, lapse etc based on the monitoring result as a part of annual Basis Change process.Work with Product and Product Pricing to support product development analysis of data.Work with In-force Management Promotion and DBM area to improve persistency and value and satisfaction of our customers by providing necessary data analysis as well as proposing new measures.Create reports/data related to experience monitoring submitted to FSA and LIAJ.Create, maintain, improve and migrate dataflow required for experience analysis related tasks.

Advanced analytical skill based on mathematical groundCommunication skillProblem solving skillCoaching skillTeam playerMicrosoft Excel skill (advanced level)Passed some Actuarial examsHad worked in actuarial related fields in insurance companies

Internal Guidelines about Work from Home:

Hybrid Model, following Manulife’s guidelines.

Over time:

0-40 hours/month.

Salary:

Based on our Work Rules, we will consider your experience, skills and knowledge when we decide the salary.

Commutation allowance and Variable Incentive Bonus are paid based on our Work Rules.

Working Hours:

Standard Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm  (Include 1 hour break. Flex-time system available)
