Job Responsibilities : 1. Drive operational performance within the Regional Contact Centre
2. Monitor performance metrics and other key initiatives at partner
locations and ensure delivery
3. Works through operations managers at RCC s to achieve desired
business and tNPS goals
4. Drive operational delivery in line with optimal solutions designed
for specific business outcomes
5. Monitor & recommend standardization to ensure better control on
processes and facilitates VOC sharing with Business
MBA/Graduation
Experience Requirement :Minimum 10 years - Maximum 15 years
Skills & Competencies : 1. Cross-function collaboration
2. Proficient in IEX based scheduling
3. People Management skills
4. Workforce & seat optimization
