You will be leading the EMEIA Audience Development Team in their daily work to improve and expand our distribution network across Europe, Middle East, Africa and India to maximize the reach of our customer’s press releases. The team is also responsible for PR Newswire for Journalist registrations and account support as well as and Profnet administration.Duties and responsibilities:Leads, coaches and directs a team of 4 in reaching out to media, expanding our network reach and the visibility of our customer’s press releases.Parts of the team is responsible for administration of the services PR Newswire for Journalist Profnet.Makes decisions for hiring, performance management and disciplinary decisions for these roles.Together with the Director set the strategy for the team to reach the goalsTo take an active part in the daily tasks of the team

The standard working hours will be 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday 7am to 6:30pm on a rota basis excluding one-hour unpaid lunch break per day. A lunch break of 1 hour should be taken between the hours of 12:00 to 14:00.
