**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The Manager of Automation team will be responsible for leading/managing Parallon Automation architects. The team will focus on providing automation solution architecture, devops and cloud Infra mgmt services to development/Ops teams within the Electronic Shared Service Center (eSSC) Org. The role requires strong technical and leadership skills with the ability to ensure the smooth functioning and continuous improvement of technology operations in support of Parallon's goals.
**Major Responsibilities**
+ 30% Collaborate with product development teams in roadmap review and architect capacity planning.
+ 30% Provide solution architecture for automation projects.
+ 25% Lifecycle refresh, manage software license and additional responsibilities.
+ 15% Personnel management: Performance reviews, Individual development plan, improve employee engagement.
**Special Qualifications**
+ 7+ years experience in C#.Net, SQL Server, Windows/Linux environments.
+ Experience with SSIS, RMQ implementation, Kafka/Streamsets is a plus.
+ Experience hosting apps in google cloud.
+ Experience with Agile Methodology and/or iterative development: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development practices will be advantageous in managing projects and fostering collaboration within the team.
+ Understanding of Healthcare Revenue Cycle processes, HL7, EHR systems is a plus.
+ Experience leading a technical team.
**What qualifications you will need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree, Master's preferred
+ Seven or more years of relevant work experience
+ One or more years of experience in a leadership role.
