**Job Summary** The Manager - AWS Solutions (“AWS Black Ops”) will leadan overlaysalesteam ofAWS Solution Executives and Solution Specialists.The primaryresponsibleof this team is theacquisition of new AWS cloud agreementsfromwithinSHI’s existingcustomersbaseandnew buying accountprospects.This is a quota carrying positionwhere goals andobjectivesare set and measured each fiscal semester or half. _Success_ ismeasuredbyQuota attainment – New Logos and New Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)   The Manager – AWS Solutions will report to theSenior Director ofAWSCustomer Success & Acquisition. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
