**Job Summary**
The Manager - AWS Solutions (“AWS Black Ops”) will leadan overlaysalesteam ofAWS Solution Executives and Solution Specialists.The primaryresponsibleof this team is theacquisition of new AWS cloud agreementsfromwithinSHI’s existingcustomersbaseandnew buying accountprospects.This is a quota carrying positionwhere goals andobjectivesare set and measured each fiscal semester or half. _Success_ ismeasuredbyQuota attainment – New Logos and New Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
The Manager – AWS Solutions will report to theSenior Director ofAWSCustomer Success & Acquisition.
This position is required to report to the SHI Austin, TX office location as determined by SHI management.

**Qualifications**
+ Minimum 3 years Sales/Sales Leadership experience
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
+ Demonstrable experience sellingenterprise software, cloud computing and/or services B2B

**Certifications Required**
+ AWS Cloud Practitioner certification (upon application)
+ AWS Solutions Architect Associate (to be completed within 12 months of employment)
**Unique Requirements**
+ Position requires 20% of travel for business
**Additional Information**
+ The estimated annual pay range for this position is $140,000 - $260,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
