Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer._ **Responsibilities** Manage behavioral health daily operations. + Develop specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which support the strategic plan and vision. + Assess quality of patient care and coordinates patient care services. + Oversee performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. + Perform and oversee scheduling, recruitment, and payroll. + Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. **Requirements** Licensure / Certification / Registration: + One or more of the following required: + Licensed Clinical Counselor credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. + Counselor credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. + Psychologist credentialed from the Wisconsin Psychology Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. + Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State. + Social Worker credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. + Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. + • BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross preferred. Education: + High School diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
